  • Hot Sugar free Apple cider, especially when it’s cold outside.
  • (I get a variety of brands here, but typically the Xtend, because I can find it anywhere).
  • I drink a lot of BCAA’s with creatine and glutamine mixed in.
  • I also like crystal light, and almost all drink packets.

I make soda with a soda stream that I’ll add mio drops into or Skinny Syrups.Diet sodas (except diet coke- I’m free from Diet coke for 1 full year!).First is to get 1 gallon of water a day! I usually can drink this by 10am because of my workout.The drinks I consume the most, and hasn’t slowed down my weight loss include It helps me to not get too hungry, it’s filling, and I enjoy sipping on something all day long. I think having a variety of low or no calories drinks can dramatically help you lose weight because it makes dieting easier. But because I don’t specifically drink those, I’ve never addressed it in my meal plans.

    But, that doesn’t mean I don’t consume caffeine or other beverages that are less healthy than coffee or tea. To answer the first, I don’t drink Coffee or tea for religious reasons.
